Family Health Services is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing quality, affordable health care to all. We offer primary care, behavioral health, and dental services at our clinics in Sandusky and Norwalk. We have the unique ability to offer medical services to people from all walks of life to afford high quality health care services.
We Remove Financial and Transportation Barriers
FHS accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and all commercial insurances. We utilize a Sliding Fee Schedule for those who qualify based on family size and income. This benefits those who do not have insurance or whose coverage failed to take care of the bills. Call us at 419-502-2800 to schedule an appointment.

The upcoming launch of the Family Health Services 医疗 Center and Pharmacy at 149 E. 水圣reet marks a significant milestone for residents of the Erie County community, who have long struggled with a lack of access to quality healthcare services. This new medical facility is poised to make a profound impact on the health and well-being of this community.
The Family Health Services 医疗 Center and Pharmacy is set to change all of that. With state-of-the-art facilities and a team of experienced and compassionate medical professionals, this center will provide much-needed access to primary and preventative care services, as well as specialized care for chronic illnesses like diabetes and heart disease.
Teeing Up Hope
FHS Golf Classic Hits a Hole-In-One
The inaugural Family Health Services Golf Classic, hosted at the Plum Brook Country Club, was a resounding success, made possible by the incredible support of our sponsors, 高尔夫球手, and dedicated team of volunteers. The Golf Classic welcomed 25 golf teams from all over Northern Ohio. On the somber occasion of September 11th, we came together to honor and remember the courageous first responders and military personnel, who bravely leaped into action that day. We paused to honor and remember the sacrifices made by these heroes and their unwavering commitment to our safety. The proceeds from this memorable day will not only support our local first responders and veterans, it also plays a pivotal role in the development of the new medical center and pharmacy at 149 E. 水圣reet, Sandusky. Your contributions will make a tangible difference in the health and well-being of our community, ensuring access to quality healthcare services for all.
